Customer Service

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming customer communications.
Principal responsibilities include handling all inbound customer communication, managing the order entry process from initial inquiry to post-shipment follow up, assisting with driving new revenue through farming existing accounts and calling on new accounts, assisting with all marketing initiatives and assuming total ownership of customer related troubleshooting and problem solving.
This position reports directly to the VP/GM and will help support Misty Mountain s strategic plan to reinvent the company as a specialized niche manufacturer in an effort to grow revenue in all primary and secondary markets.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
